Robert joined American Express in December 2000. During his time with the company, Robert has worked in the Consulting, Commercial Card, Business Travel, Merchant Services and most recently the Consumer Services groups of American Express. Robert has also worked abroad with American Express, spending 6 years in Singapore between 2006 and 2012. Robert currently heads up the Loyalty & Partnerships team within the Consumer Services business, a role he took over in July 2018. Robert holds a Bachelor of Economics/Accounting degree from the University of Sydney and has an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
